LeNae’s journey in real estate began in 2005 when she and her husband, Adam, took a leap of faith and purchased their first rehab property—without fully knowing what they were getting into. Living in the home while renovating it and managing a condo rental at the same time, they quickly gained firsthand experience in the world of real estate. Two years, countless hours of hard work, and plenty of learning moments later, they proudly sold their first investment property—and with that, a true passion for real estate was born.
With a strong foundation in sales and marketing management within the agriculture industry, LeNae spent the first decade of her career growing her expertise. Over the past 20 years, she has actively invested in both farmland and residential properties across Iowa and Wisconsin. Her experience has given her in-depth knowledge of land management programs, property structures, and the nuances of buying and selling real estate.
